Should a deaf dog find themselves on the run, the collar cover alerts the public that “calling” the dog to them, may not work. It is also a wonderful educational tool which allows owners of deaf dogs to discuss canine deafness with the public. Many people are amazed to learn that dogs can be deaf and that they learn sign language very easily.
